What We Offer

We offer pick up and return of units from ship lot or plant which the dealer will decide which units we will go through our facility. There will be a pre-inspection and a post-inspection along with pictures to document this process. We are insured.

Process of the inspection will be documented along with pictures of product needing repaired or replaced. This will be sent to both Manufacturer and Dealer.

We will contact the Plant Manager of that product and Service to share the results of what we find, at that point they will have the option of doing the repair or requesting Premier RV Resolutions to perform the repair at our shop flat rate.

This process we offer will reduce warranty costs and will eliminate some of our customer frustrations and this in turn will gain confidence in product. We are looking forward to a great partnership in achieving both of our goals and that is a customer that can enjoy a great RV experience.

FULL RV SERVICE

We have now opened up our full RV Service part of our company, if you want to bring your RV to us or you need us to come to you. We specialize in any and all aspects of your RV includong Slide and Leveling. If your RV does not have Slides or Leveling we can also add this feature and any other Feature that you desire nothing is to big nor to small for us to handle. We are laser focussed on your needs and having a partnership with you for any additions or issues. We have full resources to any and all parts that is needed to resolve your issues or needs.

We also have added our RV Holding lot that will house up top 500 units if they are DPU's, CPU's, or overstocked Dealership Lots that need to push pause on receiving their product until they are ready. We are able to assist.
